No problems or restrictions as long as you aren't causing a scene. The aisles are wide, so it's much easier to get in and out than a normal theater.
As long as you're using proper movie theater etiquette, you are free to come and go as you please.

They don't care at all. Ive never had a problem getting back into the theatre after using the restroom. Ive also never been stopped to check my ticket when re entering a movie either.

Preferably not during an exciting part of the movie..... Joking aside, I've never had issues getting up to use the restroom. I suppose keep your ticket handy just in case.
