I called about dogs being neglected in the rain for several hrs. No housing to fit. No animal control ever came out to check as promised. Highly disappointed.

Not in Billings but Republic recycle does. I have a blue dumpster like trash and they come pick up all recyclables no charge. Ask the city hall they will set it up.
