When you call you get the Ogden store you can’t call this place directly. Got a water test for a new hut tub and they printed off directions. I lost my paper so I called to get an emailed copy from a test I did that same day and they said they don’t email them out despite asking for my email and only do them on paper and I have to go to get it retested if I want another copy. He gave me general directions of what to do but if all it takes is general directions why should I get a water test in the first place? For a place that sells $10,000 merchandise in 2022 it seems odd they don’t have the ability to email out the results they printed off a computer.

Bullfrog Spas was an amazing experience. From their customer service at the store, to the communication system while our spa was being built, to the delivery and installation, I can't think of a way that they could improve. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with our entire experience. We will definitely recommend Bullfrog Spas to all our friends and family, not to mention they just earned a lifetime customer!

The older salesman was arrogant and not helpful whatsoever. I went in looking for a hot tub with my 10 and 12 yr old. We were shown one of the most expensive hot tubs (which of course none have prices on them). It was 12k and a little over my price range. As I looked around for something else the salesman and another employee were no help and pretty much ignored us. We will never go back.

We love it!! The whole process of testing out, purchasing, delivery and setup of the hot tub was great. Our questions were answered quickly by their friendly staff. I appreciated how well they explained how to take care of the tub (and the poster that comes with all the chemicals is a great reference, especially for my teenagers). We are very happy with Bullfrog and our hot tub and would recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub!
