It's pretty good the houses are pretty nice and there Is a mini back yard which is fun my grandma lives here and has for a few years now and when she first moved here it was confusing where to go but it wont take long to know where to go

I feel that this trailor park is nice and kept up well however its. Management lady is not there for its renters. I feel she is not fair and works with negitive motives and whats good for some isn't good for others. Im mot going to dig any further but is not the most honest park in logan but it has great potential of beimg a wonderful place to live here in Logan Ut.

I got a notice that I needed to groom my yard and pull weeds. I did just that and they came and claimed that they had mowed it and pulled the weeds and charged me $100 for the things I did that they vlaimed to do
