The last months my wife care was so bad it was hard to watch.

Absolutely disgusting facility.. unsanitary conditions. Went to visit a family member to find roaches crawling freely, and mice EVERYWHERE. They didnt seem to care, and the food look horrible. Also, the place reeked of urine, and a woman was yelling help me help me running the halls naked. HOW does this place even stay open? Needless to say when I saw the conditions of this place, and I immediately pulled my family member. Hopefully, they make some improvements for the sake of the residents. I definitely wouldn't recommend this facility.

They have mice and roaches and don't care about employees or residents I don't see how this place is even still running.

No notifications regarding a new patient. I took care of one of the patients in their care for five and a half years. What is going on we it him! Talked to the office again they told me they would call right back and I have still not heard back 3 days later? Very suspicious! What is happening to their patients?

Don't send a family member there. They will not properly care for them and fraudulently charge Medicare and Medicaid.
