My aunt resides here. Great place for elderly people. Staff is very accommodating. I feel very comfortable having my aunt be in the care of those folks that run Sedgwick plaza. I think for the most part they make it very homey! Highly recommend them!

Grandparents have been here since 2018. In the last year, the dining experience has become unlivable. Daily arguments break out between the dining staff and residents on the EXTREMELY slow service. Don't expect to get your order taken for 20+ minutes, don't expect your food to come for at least half an hour, and don't expect to be offered a drink in the entire meal. It was once a lovely experience. The residents know this is completely unacceptable and no one will do anything about because they aren't held accountable.

We had no idea what to expect and have been so impressed with the way we have been treated. Especially how the staff has shown care to all of us--their attention to the littlest detail is helpful--this staff has answers, heart and commitment. I am so pleased we checked out Sedgwick Plaza.
