316 683 7588 What is going on with the phone is not the facilities fault. The phone service is internet service so when the issue arose the phone company is in New York and they have not physically showed up to fix the service and lines in the ground. Corporate is taking care of this issue. However please do not allow this to change anything for your loved one. That building is taking care of every resident. If you need more info. Do not hesitate to ask. Thank you. The cell phone the building has purchased had the phone number forwarded to it. Now the phone is not super loud but it works and residents are able to use it so a resident might have had it and did not answer it because they were on it.
