Ordered a pizza online. 5 minutes after the order they texted that the order was out for delivery (impossible they cooked the order that quickly)! Tried to call, no one answered at the store. Credit card had to be notified of fraudulent charge from an order that was never delivered! DO NOT waste your time ordering from this location!

I first order from this store when it first opened up and everything was perfect. The second time I order it was fine. This third time was a nightmare. I ordered the 3 pizza dinner box w/ a supreme, Hawaiian, and a pepperoni w/ sausage. There were barely any veggies on the supreme. I order the family size 2 tray alfredo pasta with breadsticks. I only got one tray of dry under sauced pasta and no breadsticks. The food was room temp when I got it. I am not sure I will be ordering from this store anytime in the near future

Honestly, the best pizza I've ever had, it was practically life-changing, I may never eat at a different pizza place again. Incredible service, like simply outstanding. 10/10 would recommend eating here

One star is far too many for this restaurant! On New Years Day, I placed an online order for pizza and garlic Parmesan wings from the Salem St. Pizza Hut. When the food arrived, the pizza was fine but the wings were inedible—some re-heated shriveled wings half covered in a gloppy white sauce. My only guess is that they were microwaved too long and then thrown in the container and out for delivery before anyone noticed. I called the store to complain and ask for a refund. The manager, “James” rudely fussed at me and said “That’s what you get for ordering online”. I’m not exactly sure what difference it makes to order online but apparently it is not the best option if you want good food. Again, I asked for a refund. He said “no refunds”. I asked “Why James?” and he yelled “I don’t need this s***” and hung up on me! I was furious!!! I decided to go to the restaurant to show him the wings and resolve the issue in person. When my boyfriend and I arrived, I introduced myself to James and told him I thought that he owed me an apology. He yelled that I owed HIM an apology (!?!?!?). It became clear to me that we weren’t going to get far. He kept saying that I got what I ordered. I told him it was not edible…I asked for the corporate number since he kept saying the policy was no refunds but was unable to show me where that policy was written. He then told us to get out of his store or he would call the police. When I encouraged him to call them (since we had not done anything wrong), he dialed 911 to request assistance in removing customers from the premise because we were threatening him! I have no idea why he felt threatened since my boyfriend and I remained calm throughout the interaction with this incredibly rude man. My goal was simply to be compensated for the wings and delivery fee but this is clearly not about the $25 I spent that night. Ultimately I wanted James’ poor customer service to be addressed.On Wednesday I called the Pizza Hut 800 number to report the issue. I shared the entire episode with a customer service rep. I asked for the name and number of the owner and regional manager. He said they are not allowed to give out that information but offered an apology. He then said he would have the regional manager contact me within 1-3 business days. That was Wednesday, 2 Jan 2019. As of today Saturday, 12 January 2019, I have not been contacted. I am disappointed but not surprised. Apparently customer service is not a big concern for their business. Do not waste your time with this establishment. Much better pizza and service is available by supporting some of the local pizza shops. Pizza Hut does not respect their customers and does not deserve our business.
