I would like to let anyone know that if you want a great quality vehicle and service this is the place to come. This was my first experience with the dealership and let me tell you this was a way better experience than the big dealerships have given. I want to personally thank Michael Ketter for truly helping my Mother and I with finding a better than average vehicle. My motor blew up and Hyundai dealership has given me the run around for a month so I had to find a vehicle to get around till It was resolved. Well we stopped at this dealership and never was disappointed from beginning till the brand new Jeep I purchased pulled off the lot. Outstanding service and biggest thing was they truly care about you as the customer what you want not what they want you to buy like the big name dealerships. I recommend this place with the highest satisfaction.

Bought a 2006 Hyundai from them yesterday. Pleasure to work with, no pressure. Made the experience easy and no stress! Buying a used car can be nerve wracking, especially when you do not know much about cars and have a very limited budget, they made the experience so easy. Great, honest people just trying to help others and not take advantage of them. Will definitely go back when I am looking for a vehicle again.

The staff was very helpful, I stopped in on Saturday about 30 min before closing. Michael, was very nice and helpful. I found a vehicle that I was interested in. They were very knowledgeable with answering any questions that we had. The vehicle was very clean and presentable. We took it for a test drive and came back about 5 min before closing. He was more than willing to stay after closing to help us finish the paperwork. However, I couldn’t ask them to do that. So he took a deposit on the vehicle to hold it and I came back the following Monday and finished all the paperwork. This was the first used vehicle I have purchased, I will definitely go back to Apex car and truck sales when I need another vehicle. Thanks for your hospitality!!
