Stopped here on the way to Jordan Lake Campground. Everyone we met was very kind but extra shout out goes to the service department. We didn’t even have our camper serviced but these guys went out of their way to help us understand some of the technical features on our new to us camper. A++!

We are looking to purchase our first camper and decided to visit this location. My wife and I felt like we were put on the back burner. Not one person took the time to go over the campers and shown all the features. We were told what was in our range and sent on our way. It felt more like a used car dealership. We did find a camper that we wanted but I talked my wife out of doing the paperwork due to poor service. I very seriously doubt we will purchase from this location.

We have been camping for over 40 years and have owned six rigs from a popup to Class As. We have never experienced as terrific a dealership as D&H RV Center from Sales to Service. We purchased a new Class C that had to be built by the manufacturer. Our salesperson, Jeremy, worked with us over several sessions to make sure we ordered exactly what we wanted. He kept us informed as to its build status as there were several supply issues at the manufacturing facility. We were extremely pleased when it finally arrived. I immediately had a hot water tank issue the day we were taking it on our first camping trip. I talked to Jared in the Service area. He got the problem fixed for us immediately and noticed a crack in the skylight. He ordered a new skylight for us. We then took it on a three day camping trip to test everything. We put together a Punch List and called the Service Department. We could not have been more pleased with them giving us a quick appointment so we could get back on the road. Jared, in particular, did an outstanding job, along with the rest of the Service Department, in correcting all of our issues. We could not be more pleased with the personnel at D&H RV Center and their professional approach to us as customers.

Nice no pressure buying experience. I had to go back a couple months later because I found a few issues from the factory. Josh fixed everything right on the spot and I was driving away in less than 2 hours. Excellent warranty service!
