Luisa and Christian managers were very unprofessional and arrogant. Worst customer service ever. Will be notifying the district manager of my unpleasant interaction with them. Will never ever go back. After 5 yrs of service in Georgia with same company NC experience was awful.

No responsibility taken by this company. No need to go here. After my oil change not only did they not tighten my oil filter correctly they tried to get me to fix it.They said 'After tightening the filter and adding oil back in they wanted me to bring it back to them' Huh! So basically I fix it then bring it back so you can tell me it's fixed. Wow! They told me they could not tow back so because it is a 2021 under warranty we had it towed. Really! Oil does not come off a driveway so most likely I'm going to lose my deposit because I am a renter. A store manager was supposed to contact me by email for some really good degreaser. So that I wouldn't have to pay for a power washer job. That didn't even happen! I've waited a long time before I posted it to see if they would do something. They did leave me a $5 coupon off on my dash for my next oil change. Yeah right! That's not going to happen and I hope it doesn't happen to you.

I'll never go back,80 dollar's to replace a fuel filter that I bought, and Mechanic didn't seem to know what he was doing, took way to long for a simple task.😡😡😡

The gentlemen working there were very polite and respectful. Not sure about the 10 minute oil change motto scrawled on the front of the building, though. Was there about 30 min. for a $100!! oil change, albeit fully synthetic.
