Let it be known that the doctors did in fact help me with my back pain, But they pass a book to you in the first visit, they charge you for said book, I left the book in the doctors office and was still charged for it, the billing department never answers the phone unless you multi-call, and of course my in network doctor who recommended me here did not know this place was Not in network and did not take my type of insurance, I was in so much pain I said screw it and paid for it out of pocket. Guess what 3 months later I got a brochure from them saying "Exciting NEWS! We now except (my type of insurance)!! I called them and they couldn't help me for it was past the initial procedure and billing date. Billing department has been nothing but problems, never answers the phone.

Like some, I like to pass over the reviews when considering a new doctor or practice. I wasn’t sure if SpineOne was for me based on what I read. I’ve now visited them twice in two days. I was a new patient of Dr. Hakim. He took his time to look everything over, asked me questions for understanding, and explained what was happening in a way I understood. The next day, I had my first therapy appointment with Josh. I have been under the care of therapists in the past that was not so desirable. This was not the case today. Josh was thorough, fun, and very knowledgeable in his field. I feel good about the plan he provided me with. P
