Dr. Bella has been a light at the end of the tunnel for me. I work in healthcare full time, I am a mother of 3, wife, and so much more! I came to see Dr. Bella for the onset of acne, overall fatigue, and major sinus issues I was having. The protocol she placed me under has CHANGED MY LIFE! I’ve always been sedentary for the most part and too exhausted to complete everyday tasks. I am now running 3-4 times a week, eating a wonderfully balanced diet, and have more energy to spare and am able to spend quality time with my kiddos and husband after work. If you are having any doubts about seeing a Dr. of natural medicine, please let me put your mind at ease and assure you this will be one of the best steps you could take in life...To better yourself and provide yourself with a clean, quality lifestyle as we were meant to have.

I am going to give a bit of history for those who considering a Natural-path – ND: and not sure what to do. I moved to Oregon from Texas after attending a seminar which had a Minister (who developed a meditation that he believed was talked about in the bible), Natural Path Doctor, and Psychologist. The seminar was about healing the whole body, Mind, Body and Soul. I believed in that. When I started going through meno-pause it wasn’t going well. I came a cross a book by a Doctor Gray out of Houston; who said 50% of hysterectomies are not necessary. I totaled agreed, it didn’t make sense that God would create us and we had to have hysterectomies. In his book, it gave alternatives, I scheduled appts with doctors who did the different alternatives and one was a Natural Path Doctor. I choose the Natural Path, it was herbs and vitamins. Natural ingredients and nutrients which a person gets from what they eat. Within in 2 weeks I started seeing improvements; and rode on through meno-pause with no problems. In 2018, I had been under a lot of stress and moved to Texas. I was tired and run down. I had a sore on my foot. I went to a skin doctor and told him I thought It looked like a bug bite. The doctor sent a skin sample in for a test. When it came back, he told me, you don’t have cancer. I knew that- and thought you just wasted my money on a test that I knew wasn’t cancer. I then choose to go to a foot doctor, I thought maybe he had seen this type of sore on other people’s feet. I told him, I want to be healed, and I don’t want to be put on medicines the rest of my life. The doctor took a skin sample, sent it in. He didn’t say what it was, but he started with cortisone shots. The infection stopped, and he said it would be the last appointment but the problem would return. I thought, he stopped it temporarily and didn’t get rid of it. He doesn’t know how to – is the only conclusion I can come to if he didn’t get rid of the problem. It did return a few months later, sores started showing up on my legs and arms. I then started looking for a ND in Texas, and found Bella Icenhower. She looked at what the other doctors test showed and started me on a program. She said it was an infection and put me vitamins, minerals, eating food that would be good for my health, and suggesting other things to do to improve my health. I am 68 years old. I started in Nov on the program she created for me, and within two weeks, I started feeling good, I was sleeping well; which I hadn’t enjoyed an ongoing good nights sleep in years. A few more weeks, I was waking up in the morning, feeling so good, I didn’t want to stay in bed. I had a better outlook because I felt good, stressful situations were easier to deal with, because I felt good. Before I started Icenhower program for me, the sores took a couple of months to heal and there were scars left after they healed. Two months later: February I noticed my skin had no more scars, the sores had healed and disappeared. My skin was as nice as it was when I was in my twenties. I was washing my hands and while looking in the mirror, I was wondering why it looked so much brighter in the room, I realized, it was my hair. My hair was healthier, it had a shiny sheen. The program Belle Icenhower put me on was restoring my health, I was stronger, skin and hair was healthier. I would recommend if you are not getting well after seeing a MD, to consider an ND, think about it, its natural supplements, nutrients a person gets from food you eat I do go to MD’s and when I see they are not sure or confident about the problem, and I do not want to me on medications for life which have side effects, I have always had good luck seeking out a ND to help me get well. Belle Icenhower knows how the body functions and what it needs. Very happy with the results.

When / if necessary she may use other effective glandulars that do not require an rx. She works to understand the cause - inflammation, deficiency, auto-immune, hormone imbalance, adrenal insufficiency, etc. and correct the imbalance.

I need my hair checked to see how much calcium I have in my system. Do you do this or know of someone who does?

I generally look at blood, Co2 levels, urine pH, hormone levels, vitamin D sufficiency, K2, trace minerals, magnesium and symptoms to analyze calcium levels. Hair analysis tests, I would think, are online to order- do not require a dr's order.
