I walked in, Brenda politely asked me what I was looking for, she took me straight to the perfect recliner. It was better than I was expecting. The price was fair for the quality, I bought it. She was a great sales associate! The staff and loading dock associates were all polite and helpful. They loaded it my truck and I took it home. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and my experience. I highly recommend to anyone.

I have used Swann’s for many of my furniture purchases. I visited the store recently to purchase furniture for a new business I am starting. The gal I usually use had retired after many years and Kathy set up and took care of me. We had a good time picking out the pieces I needed. She was informative and very helpful. It was great But here’s why she is getting a 5+ rating. A day later she called and said there was a special from the manufacturer that just started. Bottom line she saved me another $1,296 on the purchase. Kathy didn’t have to call. I never would have known but she was looking out for her customer. That makes her and Swanns 5+ in my world Thank you , Kathy
