Paid extra for a day shipping. They told me if it wasn’t delivered on that day they promised me money back guarantee. It shows that on the receipt. It wasn’t delivered on the day they promised me it would have arrived so I went to check on that. They told me they would investigate about it and gave me a phone number to call to get updates on the investigation. I tried calling after a week I called back but their was no reply so I walked the the store the 3rd day I tried to talk to an employee but wasn’t much help at all so I asked for a manager and was told she just walked out for lunch and told me I should come back in an hour. I couldn’t go that day so I tried to go back another day then I asked for a manager right away but they insisted to help and I let them but they couldn’t do anything about it so they asked me to go print the receipt for the second time. She took forever to come back. She comes out after like 15 min and tells me that it is not eligible for a refund because it was tried to deliver that day. I waived the signature for this specific reasons. But usually if you asked for a signature unless their is someone to sign it they won’t release the package. I then asked for the manager and the manager came out they already informed him so he didn’t even want yo listen to me he was rude and really disrespectful. Einer otterson( the manager) really ruined my day.
