The absolute worst experience with any company, ever! Dumpster rental stated of at $80 per month and ended with $210 (competitors only increased by 20%). We signed up for two years, however, somewhere in the 3 pages of blurry super small print there is a auto renewal of an additional 2 years. Signing up was easy but to cancel they want you to send a certified letter. To speak with a rep is practically impossible. Our emails (before the auto renew) regarding cancellation remained unanswered. They promise to call back within 48 hours, which never happened. After spending an hour on the phone we finally got to speak to a sales manager, who promised that there will be no further charges after they picked up the dumpster. But if course there were more charges $150. I wish I had read these Google reviews before hiring them. Big mistake.

We have called twice now regarding Republic's trash cans. 3 weeks ago someone left 2 trash cans in our driveway. We aren't even customers. Called and girl said someone would pick up next week! Next week came and went, still there. Their trash truck did come by and empty the empty cans though. Called again another week has gone by and still have trash cans. Can't get rid of these things! Don't like having them in front of house! Too big to stash anywhere. Would Love to have them picked up!!!

They missed picking up our trash again on Friday. Picked up every neighbors but ours, which our receptacle clearly had trash in it at the lid was propped open. This is the 3rd time this has happend. Customer service said they'd let their dispatch know and they may come back Friday which never happend. Said they'd reschedule for Monday and never showed. Called again Tuesday and they said they didn't know why the driver didn't show but it was rescheduled for Tuesday, which they again didn't come or tell me about until I called. Last time this happend was the same thing with "rescheduling" and never showed, so my HOA charged me a hefty fine for my trash receptacle being left out, as I was told it would be picked up. With almost every review being "1" star with similar issues and my own repeated negative experience, I'm beyond frustrated but not surprised.
