Campground is starting to go down hill. The paved roads are pretty deteriorated, but campsites are okay. Might just be a lack of funds. Lots of downed trees in and around the campground. The lake (Malden) water was dicgustingly brown when we were there. Not much to do in the area. We rarely saw any rangers working.

Nothing fancy,but the bathrooms are always clean. The campground is kept clean. Nice and quiet l,and a decent price.

The campsite was paved, clean and level. The picnic table, fire ring and hook-ups were in excellent condition. The area was shaded by trees. We were able to glimpse parts of the lake, and the children playground and bathrooms. The park was nearly full of campers. However, adequate space was available for boats and a second vehicle. The fishing was good this Memorial weekend.

No fish cleaning stations, yes on showers
They said they opened back up Oct 1st
They don't reopen until October 1, allowed a camper and one tent or 2 big tents per camp site. They do not count the small kids tents.

Public boat ramp is but I believe they closed for the summer at the camping ground
