He was very precise, detailed and knowledgeable in explaining the refacing process. He was at my house every morning prepared and ready to work. He was very professional and respectful of me and my house. My refaced kitchen cabinets are beautiful and they look brand new.

I am leaving one star because i could not post without it. From the beginning it was the worst contractor I have ever done business with. I found that the quote did not include all my countertops after the drawing was sent to me. They added $1,000 to my quote which really affected my budget. No one cared. The mess that was left behind was inexcusable! Dust was all over everything. Since my kitchen is open to other rooms, I asked about dust during installation and Jeff, the installer said it would not be a problem! It was a big problem. I could have covered the other furniture. My leather recliner has to be cleaned and all other furniture polished! The little bits and residue of adhesive? left behind had to be chipped off the countertop and my wood floors and the new stainless steel sink. There is also residue on my walls in adjoining room that I hope I can remove. I realized there could be a seam in the countertop but right in the middle of my work area??? I have a peninsula and I think it could have placed elsewhere. It is very noticeable. The 1/4 round edge that I chose in the Visualizer was not done and Jeff said I had the only edge! Why have the choice available? The plumber came the next day to install my faucet and he was terrific. So far, he did a great job! However, he was supposed to take the old sink, which I had to have Jeff move in my driveway which blocked my access to leaving in my car. But the plumber did not remove the sink. I called his number right after he left but he did not return my call or acknowledge my message. After a couple days I called the office and was told there was nothing they could do until they had someone in the area to pick up the sink!! Really??? I like the countertop that I chose and time will tell if it is as durable as they say. I have read the responses to complaints and all the owner has to offer is excuses!! So sad. I will never recommend this company and will post my complaints wherever I can to warn others about the poor service and lack of customer care. The product review remains to be seen.

I paid over $5000. For this and they give verbal promises but we must read the small print. They do not stand up to their promise. I will not recommend using this company. After after eight months the seam is coming apart and they want to charge a labor fee of 125 dollars. The color installed was different and they could not find the correct color.
