I’ve been seeing the owner of this establishment for years! In regards to my hair, I will never leave this lady because she has treated my hair unbelievably great. She has growing hands. Prices have gone up but they are totally understandable because of this inflation going on. I rather my hair to be treated in a safely matter than go somewhere else for cheaper and bad results. I love this place would never let it go.

Very disappointed this time. Overcharged and cut my hair when I asked for ends cut. I would not be returning here. I don't know if it was done because my hair is better than hers. They charged is if I was getting a perm or dye. Not only are you losing me as a customer. The other five people will not be returning either. I don't know what happened but it's like you don't value all your customers anymore. I was coming to you for 3 years. What happened?

They do an amazing job I bring my daughter here all the time to get her hair done. My daughter loves her hair every time. The workers are so polite and kind. There prices are very reasonable. The salon is always clean .if your looking for a great stylist this the best salon to go to in the bronx.

Hello Jacky, appoinments are required by the state because of the pandemic. However if we have availability or have no reached the capacity mandated we do take walk ins as Melissa mentioned. I dont frequent this establishment my friend does ,she like the stylist and her work so I can't answer this question, however they do great work with ur hair so stop by
