WARNING!! ⚠️ DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE! Worst experience. I had to go somewhere else to have my lashes removed and replaced (awful!). This place charged almost $200 for single-striped lashes. The service took about 15 minutes. I should have known something was wrong because the place I usually go takes about 1.5 hours. They are also unsanitary. The technician placed the lashes and glue on the back of her hand.

I have been coming here for over 10 years to do my eyebrows and waxing. They usually do a good job, but I was never so compelled to write a review until today, because I just did a Brazilian wax with Susie and it was by far the best experience I have ever had coming here. I think she is new because this is my first time that I had her; and I prob had every person who ever worked here: She is better than anyone I have ever used and I have been coming here for years! I have no bruising at all, and she makes sure to get every single hair and it was so painless and quick! And I love how my eyebrows turned out! She truly deserves a raise!!! So professional and experienced. Thank you Susie!

Have been to this shop only when I visit my NY family on vacation. I had one instance where my threaded eyebrows were uneven so I stopped visiting. As I don’t really have a steady threader at this location I just stopped going and don’t recommend if someone ask.
