They manage three properties with one team, so you can already guess how good the management is with problems that arise. Also it costs 50$ for whenever you lock yourself out which is ridiculous. I'd still rank the place about 3.85/5 stars because of the location, how nice the cottages are, and the amenities offered

If you like getting dressed in the dark, this is the place for you! Lights in my dining room and bedroom didn’t work when I moved in. Maintenance said “we’ll get to it when we get to it” as he was sitting down. There’s only like 2 maintenance men for the 3 properties so I sort of get it. I wasn’t rushing anyone, just wanted an ETA and I got a snarky response. One time my microwave broke my 2nd week here and it took over a week for it to be fixed. I have a patio door but for some reason have to pay $50 for MY key to it. They claim that they would have to “change the locks”. So who has the key, the previous tenant? They took 2 weeks to “clean” my apartment, and claimed I would get new carpet when they only fixed a patch. And my apartment was still dirty. If you are transferring from one unit to another, you don’t get a proper move-in date. You get a text the day of saying you have 24 hours to move in…that doesn’t work for most because people have jobs and lives and can’t be on stand by 24/7 in their apartment hoping to get a text.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Regret ever signing a lease here. They’ll take every penny they can from you and the bare minimum for up keep. Your classic “just paint over it and it’ll look fine” landlord

Lyndon, thank you for visiting our property. Since you aren’t a resident you maybe didn’t know that we have limited parking around our community. We need to make sure that we have enough parking around our apartments for our paying residents. We have a lot for our guests to park which is just up the road a bit. We do offer guest passes that a resident can check out for you in our office so that you can park in the guest lot for free. People are only ticketed when they park in places they aren't supposed to or without a pass.
It was a $600 security deposit that you can split between roommates. I'm not sure of all of the rates, but I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath and our monthly rent is $550
