The Hairless NYC group is amazing. Bella at reception always recognizes you when you walk in or call, and is very on top of receipts and scheduling. She has been very helpful to me with getting receipts for insurance even well after my appointments. Jennifer and Michelle at reception have also greeted me warmly and cordially at each visit, and I have been glad they tolerate my sense of humor! Ruth has been my electrolysist for the past year and she is incredibly efficient. I’ve been to other places and they can be nicely conversational, but with Ruth you get your money’s worth. You can tell that she knows her stuff, and that allows more hairs to be zapped in the same amount of time before my swelling gets too bad. She can also remember items we talked about during the last visit, over a month ago. I talked about my working with ELL students one month, and Ruth brought up her translator classes the next. Finally, I’m a trans woman. Ruth and Bella have been nothing but professional regarding surgery, the surgical area, and pronouns. I 100% recommend the Hairless Group to all.
