I can't say enough about how great this experience was. I met with several surgeons about my rhinoplasty. As soon as I met Dr Khosh, I knew he was the right person for the job. His manner is so kind and down to earth. His communication and bedside manner made me feel so comfortable with his surgical plan. My husband met Dr Khosh on the day of my surgery and remarked, 'I can see why you picked him!' My nose looks very natural and fits my face nicely. Dr Khosh was great post-op and easy to follow up with for any questions. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the office space is beautifully decorated. Thank God for Dr. Khosh! Unfortunately, prior to Dr. Khosh, I have had two surgeries at Mount Sinai, the first on my sinuses which was mediocre, and then another one that was supposed to correct my deviated septum and nasal valve collapse in which almost nothing was achieved. After going to tens of consultations and doing thorough checks, paying thousands of dollars to get it right this time, I finally arrived to Dr. Khosh for a visit. He was kind and thorough in his explanations, and earned my trust. You can tell when one is being straightforward and worthy of working on what you need. He didn’t receive an easy job with me by any means. This was a revision rhinoplasty. The previous surgery in 2018 left me with almost no cartilage to work with and we had to harvest cartilage from my rib. Other doctors have suggested taking cartilage from my ear, but I quickly learned that it is way more preferable to harvest from the rib. It is sturdier and more long lasting. Suffice to say, to harvest from the rib requires a lot more expertise than taking it from the ear. There is no one I would have trusted more to perform the harvesting than Dr. Khosh. The rest of the job was performed exceptionally. He corrected my septum deviation and cleared out the way for easy breathing on one side, and created a line of stability down my nose on the other side in order to prevent further nasal valve collapse. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Thank God I can now breathe effortlessly and my nose looks good and more symmetrical as a byproduct of the surgery. People haven't even recognized that I've gotten a surgery, and it looks really good and masculine. Sleeping better than ever and getting way more done in my waking hours. Efficiency and productivity improved dramatically. Emotionally, mentally, and physically in much better shape and has proved consistent several months after the operation. I am indebted to Dr. Khosh for having the merit of receiving incredible work. Hands blessed by God! “Better is a [good] name than fine oil” Proverbs 7:1 The team at the hospital was super nice, careful, and calming. Suffice to say I was internally freaking out before the anesthesia because of my previous experiences that had nothing to do with him, but was calmed down necessarily with music of my choice and exceptionally nice and courteous nurses. Post operation, Dr. Khosh led me through procedures to flush out my nose to improve healing, and recovery time. Regular post op check ups free of charge, and am so thankful to God for helping me make the right decision and going with Dr. Khosh. Strongly and warmly recommend anyone who needs any plastic surgery, with or without a health component to book a consultation with Dr. Khosh and see through to a seriously professional operation and success. I met with multiple plastic surgeons before Khosh and had never met one more humble , kind and thorough.
