I've lived here for 2 yrs and never had any issues. They fixed things quickly and were friendly and helpful at the office. I really like the lay out in my 1 bedroom apartment. Its a lot more open then the other apartments I looked at. Even with older windows and cabinets it a really nice place.

I lived here for 6 months in 2018, then moved back here in 2019 and lived for 2 more years. One reason was the rent pricing for sure, the other being their top notch management and maintenance. Jennifer is really on top of things! I chose this place also for the location and it's proximity to everything that's needed. I should mention that my bathtub was changed during Covid lockdown as I had a small leak inside the walls where the shower piping was. Finished working on it in 2 days. You really can't complain about that. I lived comfortably during my entire time, and can recommend this for sure

Great apartments, neighbors hit or miss. I used to live right on Pontiac Trail and I could hear all the cars passing by. Over all I like this apartments better than Springs.

I leased with them for about 2 yrs and my over all I have no complains, Tammy and Jen where also so nice and helpful, including maintenance staff they where also friendly and did what needed to be done in a timely manner. The apartments are nice and spacious we where pleasantly surprised by the size of it being a one bedroom. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and neighbors are all very pleasant. My only suggestion is to maybe look into updating the kitchen area but otherwise it was a nice stay.
