Everyone at RMI was very pleasant and personable, starting with the person at the check-in desk. After checking in, I had a very short wait in the waiting room before being taken back to a triage room for information/symptom confirmation. The triage process was very quick (not hurried, just pleasantly efficient) and the triage nurse was very personable and pleasant. The MRI tech was wonderful as well. She went through what was going to happen, got me all set, and communicated with me before and after each scan in the MRI process. She was so pleasant, I had to compliment her when the MRI was complete.
