I love this office and the staff here. I've been coming to this office for 20+ years and I won't go anywhere else. Been elsewhere, tried it and didn't like it. Dr. Shively takes the time to listen to your concerns and is very knowledgeable. I loved the office so much that now every member of my family sees one of the Docs at the office and they are as happy as I am. Keep up the amazing patient care you provide to the community.

Today is 07/18. I am in the lobby. Still waiting for a medical document that I have asked 4 hours ago that is 10:30 AM. 3:30 PM: The medical assistant told me "Wait until I call you?" When I asked her "Why you didn't simply call me to tell it won't happen today", she said "I was busy". Next talked to my doctor. He told the same thing: she was busy with 30 patients today. I asked him back. "I am your patient." He answered me "everyone is patient". Asked him again "Usually how long would take to get the document?". He replied, "Can be a few hours or days". Does it imply that I have to wait days without an explanation? I told him "I also deal with customers. I give them notice first when I cannot make it for them." His answer was "it is different from business-by-business". Am I too hurried, or they don't have customer management skills or strategies at all?

Results are sent via the online portal when they become available, otherwise they send things in the mail. The doctor may also call with results, but if you are concerned and have questions, I suggest calling the office.
Dr. Patrica Scheruman is at the 10 mile location and Dr. Jodi Farley is at the Wixom Rd location
We are on staff at Providence Park in Novi and Providence Hospital in Southfield.
Thank you for asking. We perform surgical clearances all the time and cam perform an EKG. If you are a patient of ours we can do it. We are not a testing facility and cannot do an EKG without being evaluated by one of our physicians.
