Maintenance guys are the only ones who seem to care or put work into this place. They are always working hard and so friendly. The office ladies are almost impossible to get in touch with and not usually helpful. You can call 5 times over 2 hours and they won’t answer… you show up to the office and get an excuse like they were in the bathroom. They continuously raise rent but I am not seeing any reason for it. Closed the “gym” for over 2 years. Last year they opened the pool in July and this year it’s already July 5th with no pool and no specific date in mind. To promote this as an amenity but then barely open… Took 2 years to fix the broken swings at the park. Disappointed with the management and customer service here.

Actually I called the rental office and they said, rent can be paid by check or using PayLease portal. Debit / Credit / Checkin accounts can be used as payment methods.
Two adults and a 3 yo in our household, we pay around $50 for water and sewer a month. We live in one of the 2 bedrooms townhomes. Hope it helps!
