If you don’t see your insurance listed, please contact us and we will verify if we accept. Any cosmetic procedures or products purchased in our office are out-of-pocket expenses that will not be covered by insurance; our staff will ensure that you are fully informed of all of these expenses prior to obtaining your consent for the procedure.
