Awesome park with long pull through sites, close to the lake and town. Very quiet place with lots of shade. A+ in our books.

Excellent RV Park. Fairly large shaded sites…perfect for big rigs with drive-throughs and full hookups. $40/ night is worth it for this very quiet RV park.

Great campground.. we were traveling west when we needed a last minute spot for the evening and they were extremely helpful in providing us a spot for the night, given that it was a Saturday evening and most places were full. The owner is very hospitable and helpful. Campground set up is awesome and the grounds are spotless. Thank you Oakwood RV Park!

This is NOT a pet friendly campsite. When we first arrived and were shown to our spot the first thing they said to us is that our dogs may be excited to be here but they must be quiet and not bark. I have 3 young dogs and I found that odd for a "Pet Friendly" campground. My boys are extremely social as they are still very young. Later that night around 10pm some people were walking their dog and my boys got really excited to see another dog and started barking. They barked about 2-3 minutes before we calmed them down. The next morning the owner came by and said "What are your plans today to keep them quiet? I heard them bark last night and it's not acceptable." I could understand if they were barking obsessively throughout the day or night but it was only a couple times and only for a couple of minutes when they would see children or other dogs bc they wanted to play. I would not recommend this campground to anyone who has social dogs or young dogs. They are "Pet Friendly" to extremely quiet dogs that are seen and not heard. It made for a very miserable weekend for both my boys and us always being on edge if they made a peep we would get kicked out. They also have no activities at all and a small playground that made a piercing screech when the kids were in the swings.

I don't think so. They have permanent sites. But probably no subletting. Call park and ask
Across the road and about a mile east
They are paved until you get to the street you need to turn onto then it's gravel for about 200 foot to the entrance and the campground is gravel.
35 per 500.00 a month
Oakwood is a seasonal park. Not open in the winter months.
