Great place to stay. The hosts running it were very helpful and when you come in they help you park as well. Lots of big diesel class A rigs in here. They do however have a leash law for your pets. Typically quiet in the evenings and very family friendly. Prices were very affordable also. Would definitely be back for another stay if we were in the area. 👍👍

Nice place to stop for an overnight if you need it. The host was very high on authority and had to watch every single move you made. The wifi is a joke, bathroom and showers leave a lot to be desired. The town park is adjacent and shares the facilities during the day. Loud cars, loud music and lots of people gathering in the parks parking lot to hang out and be loud. The town park is only separated by the RV park by a single shared road so very noisy if you have one of the sites that back up to that.

The park was easy to find. It is located just a few miles south of I 84. . There is pavement all the way until you arrive at the park. Signage is adequate. Check in was quick, efficient and friendly. We were escorted to our site. Our site, 20, was a [pull through that was more than long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer) were to the left side. Distancing is very reasonable for an urban park. There was no vegetation barrier. Each site has a table , patio and a grassy area. None had a fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was tidy and well manicured. The included wifi internet worked very well with a log in password. We did find a few OTA TV. Satellite should not be a problem. We did not use the washrooms or pay showers nor did we check their condition. There is a pathway that runs along the river. There is are no stores or service near by. \ We found this park to be a well run urban RV park. We paid $31.00 and we feel we received very good value. We will be back if in the area again. Please note: We arrived fairly off season and early in the day. We had no problems getting a site but by evening all the pull through sites were taken and many of the back ins too. Over nighters appear to be the biggest part of their business. You may want ot get here early if you need a site.

Would use again. Great camp hosts. Every gave me a ride to get groceries cause we didn’t have a way to town. Friendly and nice. We got stuck with no truck. They let the tow truck set our trailer up. Clean showers and restrooms. Will use again.

About a half mile, but you can cross the bride and add another half.
I think fishing is better over by the bridge or if you go across the main street over to the train bridge.
Yes I believe you can
Yes, I wasn't fishing but talked to people that were, they were catching Bass, Catfish and Carp.
Call the Mini-Cassia chamber of commerce.
I think so
It is okay but I don't think you can stream video very well.
Most rv parks lock their bathrooms to maintain cleanliness for the folks who pay to use the rv park.
You will need to contact the park.
I highly recommend this place. Nice sized sites and there are walking paths by the river.
