Nice campground that offers tent camping and RV sites clean restrooms with showers. Great access to the KATY trail.

This RV park is very quiet with lots of mature trees, and it's right next to the Kady Trail. They could use better signage of where to do the pay drop-off, but prices are good. We will be back.

The area is beautiful. The owners are friendly and fast to respond to problems. The campground is well-maintained and kept clean; and the spaces are comfortable, not cramped. It is close enough to shopping to be helpful but not intrusive on the country pleasantry and nature benefits the campground offers. The history near and about the campground is interesting. The rates are reasonable. The layout is very well done! Wifi is not offered, but it was wonderful that our cells and mifi got good service. The campground has great lanes to drive and walk or bike. You are literally right next to the Katy Trail. There are picnic tables and fire pits provided for the RVs, and a public restroom. There is a dumpster for trash near the entry to the campground. Our dogs were thrilled with the available trails to walk and nature to explore with us. There is a quick stop and laundromats nearby. Even if you didn't want to take on the nearby Katy Trail, the campground itself has perfect trails for biking or walking. All in all, it was what I would consider on the list of "should not miss" places to camp and enjoy!

There are more tent campers who are biking the trail than RVs and trailers, but they have spots. The trail is the only reason to stay here. That's the amenity.
