It’s always terrible to sell at this specific location. People always have attitude. They barely buy any stuff even though I bring brand new stuff from this year that my daughter as never worn. Bolingbrook location is 100x better but unfortunately further. Do better.

2 days ago I dropped of clothes. processor said the ENTIRE bag needed to be relaundered. I will never be back. If one dirty jacket got in the mix I understand but to lie and say the whole bag was dirty and you clearly DID NOT go through the entire bag, is a slap in the face. Which was an absolute lie and waist of time.

How about stuff without boxes ?
There are certain items that they do not accept and I believe cribs are one of them. They also don't accept stuffed toys, carseats, nerf guns. I would call the store an ask before hand because they also don't accept items if they have to much of it in stock at any given time.
They usually take about a hour to go thru your stuff. But yes. They pay you cash. They selective on what they want to buy though. Unless it is in style or mint condition, don't bother.
Sometimes they do but the inventory changes daily. You should call and ask if they have any in stock.

Yes, they buy used toys, shoes, clothing, books, outerwear, etc.
