Staff isn’t nice, management doesn’t give straight answers on memberships and I wasn’t able to be helped. I’ll take my business to park ridge.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Manager is very unprofessional and doesn’t handle problems properly and basically is non existent at the gym. The assistant manager is racist, discriminates against prospective members and is very conniving and condescending. Never will enter an OT again. Absolute trash and I’ll be taking mine and my families business elsewhere. If you don’t want your feelings hurt don’t even attempt going in.

This studio was very unprofessional - I stepped in this place to buy a membership. Little did I know I’m in for an experience from hell!!!! gossiping, intimidating taking video recording of me and even telling me I was trespassing only because on my way in the parking lot I had an incident over a parking spot with what turned out to be one of the instructors!!!!! Management unprofessional as well the person taking the videos was the assistant manager also same person who called cops on me because I insists to explain myself before leaving but no one was interested. Dropped my card in the process so went beck the second day only to be greated by a ganged three employee that consisted of the assistant manager and two employees that to my surprise told me I’m not allowed in gif store per managers orders. The manager who failed to call me to listen to my side of the story or even asking what I needed help with tho I left multiple messages!!! Later that day to my surprise I called a different location “Skokie” where the employee asked my name and told me she wasn’t allowed to talk to me or sell me a membership! Need I remind you there are cameras so the truth can be seen but again it’s just one big gang. Wouldn’t wish my experience on an enemy.
