Ling time member with them, stay away as each year they are increasing your membership, each year they repeat the same things. Equipment old and outdated, when you complain nothing really gets resolved. Shopping around for new fitness place. This is NOT worth my $170 a month! Stay away!

TOO MANY FEE INCREASES Regarding the rate increase, that appears to be two times in less than 1 year period. It is completely unreasonable and inconsiderate to have a fee increase of that magnitude. To go from $79 to $89 to $94 in less than a year, over 20% increase. Obviously, the members of this club are being punished for mismanagement of the company since the last quarter loss was huge. I have been a member since 2003 and never seen such an increase in my years, it appears loyalty to the members does not exist. Plus the place is dirty and unkept

Stopped by the other day with my husband and 2 guests. I said that either I can put my 2 guests under me, or 1 can be with me and the other could be my husband, whatever the best way to handle this is. She looks at us and asks if my husband is a membership as well. I said yes, he's been on the account. Secondly, when my guests gave their IDs and were checking in, she tells me about the policy of guests not being able to come again within 60 days, and that the last visit for these guests were in August. I said, "Yes, August of last year" and she looked at me dumbfounded as if I was wrong, and checked her own dates again on the system. Honestly, this could've been handled better, and I didn't need all these snide remarks.
