If you look at the pictures, you’ll know, but this place barely gets sunlight in a day time, you have to turn on the lights even in a day time. Otherwise, the room is pitch black and feels like a cave.

Love it here eclipse 1450 quiet small problems but was tooking care of rite away with NP the apartment is nice and spacey second term lease and they are nice in the office maintance keep up around the complex and trash area over all nice place to live.

Fraudulent activities are happening at this location this is why they do that, the lanlord has no clue that I have a court date but asking me to pay her rent. Online fraudulent activities and deceit is also happening through management as well. Someone has an apartment in my name at 1400. When I was served papers the reality was not even on there. Just an address , on the papers it stated 1400 vs Ericka Scott.My mail has either been rerouted to the address Iwhere I am not living or someone has been stealing my mail. When the matience man was fixing everyone mailboxes he told me I had to put in am order to get my mailbox fixed. I know as matience he should have fixed my mailbox while fixing everyone else's as the same time. No Jean all winter. My daughter room felt like an cooler, put in for heat repair and no one replied. Was locked out my apartment for 2 days, called to get into apartment but was told they did not have a 24 hour lockout services that I know every apartment building
