Did me the same way and give alway my townhouse alway and now I can't get my apartment and I pay my money and was just rude to me on the phone and hang up on me the manager there because of the old landlord wife answering his phone and lie that I own rent and he fix that by calling and sending them the right information and me and my family is in a hotel for almost three 3 months waiting this apartment

SCAM alert: I was interested in applying for an unit in this apartment complex until I learned that the management requires payment of moving in fees (non refundable) at the time of application.

I went to apply at this place and the guy at the front was rude. I think his name was Matthew, didn't even look at us when we walked in. Took our application money charged us twice and never even let us know if we were approved or not. We went back to see what happened to our application and they couldn't figure out what happened to them. Nearly $700 stolen and still no word from them.

Matt and I are very happy here, the complex is beautiful, . We are comfortable the apartment is cute and it's perfect for us, its very well kept up.
