Sylvia is the most unpleasant person to deal with at this facility. Completely unprofessional and rude.

My dad died in January 19th this year. I an is apartment cleaned out an video taped by February 1st gave back keys to Martha building manager.I been waiting for a security deposit check months now . Martha did email me back on june 10th saying she was gonna put check in mail on Monday 6-13 i should have by Wednesday june 15th its now Monday june 20th no check nothing.. My dad only lived there for like 5 months an he was always in the hospital. I cleaned everything vacuum smelled so good an the last minute thought i said video tape incase i have a problem..So , if there is a problem its been taped i opened every cabinet filmed everything. Its so hard for me having to bury my father an everything alone no real support. Now this drama..Guess im gonna have to go down town an file a case..it will be faster. What a shame to take advantage of elderly people like this ..an im disabled im partly blind ..but, I'm gonna get his money or answers??

Please do not let your parents live in this building, my parents lived here for 1 year after finding out they they really didn't take care of anything that needed fixing, I moved them out we left the apartment cleaner than how they gave it to us but the kept my parents deposit stating that we had left a mess also the manager of the building Esmeralda handed the keys a week after my parents left so they were charged for a weeks rent when they were no longer living there. I really think this place scams seniors out of money... bad bad place to live shame on you for cheating seniors out of there deposits.

Is their any apartments avalable, 1 bedroom, is their a age limit, and how much is the rent
It varies based on income and the amount of people. Also if there are things included. Make sure to visit and ask questions. The place my in laws were st won't change the carpet they have been there about 7 years and it wasn't new when they got there. They claimed at one point they did so someone else may have gotten the one they were supposed to get. Watch out for the people who are onsite running it.
