Yesterday I made an appointment for my 3 year old who had a slight ever but was crying because of an ear ache. Inadvertently, I made the appointment for the wrong day. When I showed up the staff at the front was amazing. They helped me switch the appointment for that day. The nurse who took care of us initially saw that Collin was scared and was so incredibly kind and warm. I think her name was Michelle, and the attending PA Marcus I can’t say enough good things about. He was like an Angel honest to goodness. He was kind, compassionate and took the time to make my little guy feel comfortable. People like this are hard to come by so to all the staff here THANK YOU!

All staff members were gentle and patient while caring for my disabled sister
