I purchased a tile wet saw from the Arlington Heights store. After using my wet saw for the first time, I lost a part that helps keep the blade in place. I went into the store to see how I could get a replacement part. The store manager gave me the part from the floor model and said he would order a new part for the store floor model. What excellent customer service, he took the onus off me and put it on his shoulders. I highly recommend this store. Many thanks to the store manager. What a great team leader.

Floor & Decor is one of the few places we don't feel angry as we near the end of our home construction process. There is so much poor quality and bad customer service out there, but not with Floor & Decor. We've always been treated well, given great design advice and given quality products!

This is the probably the best Floor and Decor around in the suburbs, at least out of the ones in the NW, West, and SW Suburbs. They have one of the biggest areas and their staff are knowledgeable. If your picking up a large order, park in back and it will be much easier to load.
