Made an appointment for a rapid test and when I got there I practically had to beg for one. Weird experience overall for a medical practice, not very professional.

My child was seen today and was prescribed ear drops for a very painful ear infection along with an asthma pump. Well the asthma pump was sent to the pharmacy and not the antibiotic drops for the infection in his ear. I will not be coming back here. Total waste of time and gas. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My son is still in pain and now I have to go to the Emergency room since there are no other urgent care locations open at this time.

Staff weee friendly, courteous and I felt they were definitely concerned about my problem. They were efficient in getting me care in a timely manner. The treatment made me feel better by the time I left. Thanks to everyone!
