Nicholas is the manager and is great along with the staff. Can't say this about other businesses but I can say GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE to Cube Smart.

I loved the location and the people who work there. My issue is the greed of the company. They decided to increase my rent by 100 dollars. The excuse I got was its under the market value. Meanwhile, they were increasing 30 to 40 on a yearly basis. I was grandfathered in, had it before they became Cubesmart. Completely unfair. So I had to moved. For the record I was extremely loyal and paid on time even through COVID.

Ultimately, it's a very clean and private area. I always felt safe and the property was always clean. As for the AMAZING staff behind the counter - dealing with all of my issues... You are WONDERFUL, KIND, and so very HELPFUL. "Thank You"
