Super fast, professional and friendly service from Hayden and Raymond. Relieved to have someone I can trust with my timepieces! More than just a battery replacement (they took care of gaskets, etc) Thanks again!

Very satisfied with customer service. After a good understanding and price clarification I was able to get my watch fix and shipped back. Jared was very polite and had excellent customer service skills.. I will recommend this shop to others. Thank you.!

I've been a customer of Times Ticking at the Layton Hills Mall since 1999. They are always professional and knowledgeable. Tonight, I went in with many watches that needed new batteries and Tristan was so helpful and explained everything that he was doing to these prized Star Wars watches. I was so impressed with his enthusiasm and friendliness while he worked on them. His work was superb, and his customer services skills are excellent. Thanks to Tristan for a job well done!
