The service was good, but they charged me $3 to print a label for a package with a prepaid return to Amazon. When I told them that other stores don't charge for that, she said that she was sorry and should have told me beforehand. Yes, I agree. She should have told me beforehand.

Horrible customer service, the rep was chewing gum and talking on the phone while attempting to assist me. I didn’t know if she was responding to me or the person on the other end of the phone! She then very rudely said that she couldn’t accept my package because I purchased insurance and she wasn’t signing for it! She gave me the address where I needed to go and ripped up whatever had already printed from her register! This happened today at or around 1:45pm!

I often used this location for notary services because it is conveniently located. The notary at this location, an African American lady, last name starts with a W, has a very poor attitude. She will never greet the customers and all you get from her in response to a good morning is a grunt, if you're lucky. I went to this location this morning to get a signature acknowledgement notarized. She flat out refused to do it. Not only that, she started ranting in a very rude manner about how she would not notarize copies of documents and the proceeded to go on an on about how "we have gotten in trouble by notarizing copies of documents", information which was absolutely not necessary to be shared with me, and further stating I should find somebody else to do it. And "I don't know how to tell you I cannot do this. I was in total shock. She made me feel like I was attempting to get her to do something unlawful. When all I wanted was to affix my signature on an original document and for her to bear witness. I am sure your revenues from notarial services are only a minimum portion of your total profits but I believe all customers should be treated with respect. I felt profoundly disrespected in my integrity. This lady desperately needs some customer service training, or find another job. Most of all, however, she needs to learn to treat others with respect.
