I have been consistently disappointed in my experience. I will first of all say, loved Dr. Gloyd!!! Beyond that, office administration has been the issue. We are a family of 4 and all had appointments. After the experiences with the first 3, we cancelled the appointment for the 4th member and went somewhere else. First, two family members (father and child) had appointments at the same time and are on the same insurance card but they processed their appointment differently leading to unnecessary charges for one family member. This had to get corrected. Next, when they checked coverage for another family member, they did not tell us that we were not yet due for an annual appointment. Every other dr office I go too extends the courtesy of notifying you that you can move forward with the appointment but tell you what you will have to pay the additional cost because it has not been a year yet (sometimes you don't always keep up with or remember the date of your appointment last year). We had our appointment and we did not realize that we needed to wait another month or so for it to be covered by insurance until we got a bill for hundreds of dollars because we had to pay for it. Then, we experienced delays in getting our contact lenses leading to a period of time of not having contact lenses to wear. I had to repeatedly call the office to find out the status of the order. There were other issues that rubbed me the wrong way that I won't detail. It is just a sign for me that this is not the office for us.
