Talked to a girl named Amanda for my son's glasses never experienced someone so rude!! Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. My son's glasses broke and we were told his new ones would be ready in 2 weeks it's been over a month. Very unprofessional Amanda was so rude!! should definitely look into who they hire and have answering the phone. Nothing is organized takes forever to even get an appointment and then to go through that was sad!!

Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Customer Service is terrible. It took forever to make an appointment and it was cancelled MULTIPLE times!! They have a very disorganized staff that has NO IDEA what they're doing. Community Eye Care DOESN'T CARE about you, so don't bother wasting your time here.
