Worse experience here. I came in 45 minutes earlier and do paperwork and checkin. Just to get my appointment canceled because of an error with their computers. Just for them to cancel my appointment. They wanted to reschedule but I just made an appointment with a different eye doctor. I was highly upset after using my last pto for this appointment.

Dr Kasey Pierson, MD is an excellent doctor. He is very personable, thorough, professional, and compassionate. I always enjoy my visits with him. You don’t want to mess around with your vision snd I always feel in good hand with Dr.Pierson and his staff. Everyone is always so friendly.

I kept trying to book a new patient appointment online and they kept sending me emails saying to reschedule "due to scheduling conflict" despite the fact that the times I selected were shown on their menu. No matter what I selected, they kept sending me the same email responses. No one ever called me back to help or anything.
