This is for Dr Strohl as well as Dr Ventuzelo and the staff. I had a very unique but critical issue and my personal physician Dr Strohl was unavailable. They offered me Dr V and she was outstanding. She researched for my situation and was extremely informative. My regular provider is equally amazing she always takes the time to listen to concerns and work out a plan for treatment. I’d give 10 stars if I could for the Drs and the staff.

If I can’t reach anyone by phone, I usually leave a message & they always call back in a timely manner. Usually the same day. I’m really grateful for my doctor, Tracy. I never had such a good experience with a doctor in Berks county. She actually listens to my concerns and takes care of them right away.

I was told today that I am no longer a patient of Dr. Wolf. I asked why, and they told me that I had not been in since the new system was put in place. So, I was kicked out of the system, and Wolf is not accepting any new patients. It would have been nice to get a notification whenever this policy took place, letting patients know that we have to at least come in for a physical or something in order to keep our spot in line. I give Wolf 5 stars and the place he works -4. This is really a review of St Joe's and their IYI (intellectual yet idiot) policies.

This is a great place for testing. The staff was wonderful very professional. I had a Stress Echo and Echo all the techs were so nice. Made me feel at ease. As I am a person of high anxiety I was so relaxed and not nervous at all. I recommend this place to anyone.
