Thru will charge you for a week after you turned the car in. Do not rent vehicles from here. Almost had to get fraud department involved for fraudulent credit card charges. Would give them 0 starts. So please do not rent from here.

Hands down worst car rental experience I will ever have in my life! Had a reservation for 3 weeks. Confirmed the day before! The guy when I got there think it was Alex? Made every attempt possible to ruin my trip. Said I make him uncomfortable and told me to leave. I go to enterprise down the road and was in a 2020 Ford Escape for less than thrifty was trying to charge in 10 minutes!! Stay away from this company!! Worst customer service! Made me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in the door.

Absolutely the most terrible car rental experience I have ever had. I was renting a car from them (supposedly sponsored by the dealership that was fixing my car). Upon arriving Andrew informed that I could upgrade to an SUV for only $15 + taxes etc, coming to $22.43 total. I agreed to that amount and that amount only. Come to find out they continuously charged me random unauthorized charges during the duration of my rental. I was never made aware of this, as the associate stated it would be $22.43 for me in all. The random amounts were $61.65, $51.61, and $53.81 amounting to $167.07 unauthorized charges. I never received an itemized receipt on what those charges were for. Further, the front passenger side tire inconveniently popped during my rental. The manager Stenton at Thrifty in Spokane Valley informed me that the tires were just barely above the legal limit. This is likely why it popped. I was upset about the danger that posed, but I still told the manager Stenton I would be willing to pay the $141 if he refunded the unauthorized $167.07. (Keep in mind my $150 additional to have someone come replace it). After informing him I would be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and leaving unfavorable reviews, he offered me a $60 refund (after charging $308.07 extra). I made it clear I did not want to hurt the company by posting about my experience online, but he left me no choice. Please save yourself lots of money and a headache and take your car rental needs elsewhere.

The people who work here are customer service stars. I came in due to a broken down car and had my one year old so needless to say I was upset. They made renting a car easy and fun. I told them what I needed and they gave me a brand new jeep to drive! It was an amazing treat to drive and fit my gigantic one year old like I requeated. I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. No fuss to return as well. I made sure it was full on gas as they requested and I was done in three minutes. And they gave me and my boy a ride to the dealership!! The manager was extremely kind and reasuring about my other car which he didn't have to do. They were all so nice to me. I felt like a queen. Don't spend the extra money and go here if you need a car. Super grate rates.
