Called to set up an appointment last week and was told to change the PCP with my insurance. I followed through and changed it to Dr Lopez and when I called to finalize the appointment I was told they are not accepting my insurance. The solution the girl stated was to “get better insurance”

I have been a patient of Dr. Lopez' for years now, and I have no intention of seeking any other medical help. He has always been professional, and warm, and caring. When I have an office visit, I always feel like I am being listened to, and like he truly has an understanding of my entire health and has my best interests in mind. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a family practitioner. The lead nurse, Vanessa is amazing as well. I have a little trauma regarding cervical exams, and she provided a well woman visit for me that relaxed, compassionate, and understanding of my hesitancy. She's also amazing at blood draws and completely cured my previously developed fears around that which stemmed from a past doctor's office that did horrific and painful blood draws. They're an excellent practice. I would give them ten stars if I could.
