I visited the store tonight and got amazing customer service from Maureen. She went out of her way calling numerous stores to see if they had the item I wanted. I eventually went with a different style but I got the item I came for. I had wonderful assistance getting the item in my vehicle from Patty. Definitely left a happy customer, thank both of you ladies for outstanding customer service.

I always like going to Big lots. They've actually done a better job cleaning up the store. In the past many items were jumbled up or on the floor but they seem to have got their act together now. You never quite know where you're going to get here and I've gotten some amazing deals on name brand products that I probably would have paid 60% more on if I went to a regular store. Even on sale for example I got Sweet baby Ray's barbecue sauce a large bottle for a dollar. That can't be beat no matter where you go. The problem obviously is that they run out of stock pretty quickly on the better items. It's kind of an adventure when you go here so just expect that you may not find anything great or the other hand you may find an amazing deal. That's the fun of going to this type of store
